Mayors’ Cup Girls Bracket Championship Game – Methacton (Pa.) 56, Washington Township 28: Ahead by 10 at the break, Methacton (5-3) put the game away by going on a torrid 20-4 run over the course of the third quarter and won the bracket title. Carley Parker shot 8 for 12 from the floor for 16 points, Lauren Ruhl scored 13 points and dished out seven assists and Mel Ordway chipped in 11 points for the winners. Ashley Geidemann scored a game-high 23 points to go along with 11 rebounds for Washington Township (2-1).
